	MIS Officer

	Responsibilities

		Support the company's LAN including maintenance of servers, computers, printers, copiers and PABX system

		Consistently update the PABX system, computers, printers, phones, copiers and Company Network Information

		Consistently track software licensing

		Take care of Company's servers backup and recovery

		Take care of Company's Firewall and Anti-virus systems

		Support CRM and CSC program

		Assist to update company website for latest information

		To perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

	Requirements

		Posses a Diploma/Degree in IT with 2-3 years relevant experiences

		Experience in handling networking, planning, design, configuration and system administration job

		Understanding of Internet architectures and technology

		Willing to work on stand-by basis and after office hours if needed

		Good communication skills, self-motivated, self-directed, resourceful and able to work effectively both independently or in a team


	IT Engineer - System Integration

	Responsibilities

		Installation, configuration and troubleshooting on server / LAN / WAN environment at customer's site

		Project coordination, control and management

	Requirements

		Recognized Degree in Information Technology or in related disciplines

		At least 2 years relevant experience with knowledge in operating systems such as Windows 2000 & 2003 server, and LAN environment

		Experience on Active Directory and MS-Exchange (Implementing, Managing & troubleshooting) is vital

		Good understanding of knowledge in hardware such as switches, server RAID, storage, network printer, modem dial-up and software such as Microsoft Client Oss & Office, email software, anti-virus (Norton & Trend Micro), backup software (CA Arcserve & Veritas) & DB. Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, files & print sharing policy

		Good understanding of computer networking knowledge - Network Security System (eg. Firewall Netscreen, Pix & Cisco ACLs), Messaging System(Exchange), - TCP / IP Concept, Network performance monitoring & troubleshooting

		Experience on set up and support Cisco Router, experience with data & voice setup, IP-VPN, VoIP, ISDN dial-up, access will be an added advantage

		Certification in MCSE, MCP or CCNA is an added advantage

		Preferably with experience in project management

		Good interpersonal and communication skills, initiative and result oriented

		Ability to speak and write in Japanese will be an added advantage

		Able to work independently with minimum supervision

		Possess own transport


	IT Account Manager (Corporate Sales) - based in Kuala Lumpur

	Responsibilities

		Responsibilities for sales forecast preparation and achievement of sales target for telecommunication, internet and data center related services in local & MNC market segment

		To develop appropriate marketing activities to meet sales objectives

		To expand new customer base by constantly keeping abreast of the market for business opportunities

	Requirements

		Recognized degree preferably in IT, Engineering or related discipline

		Minimum 2 years of sales experience in telecommunication industry with proven track record

		Have excellent communication and presentation skills

		Must be fully computer literate

		Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision

		Possess own transport

		Willing to travel if necessary
