The
three core activities and brand names of NTT MSC are:
1.
Global Managed Bandwidth Services
This
is a highly reliable global network service provided by
NTT Communications Corporation. It is jointly provided by
Telekom Malaysia and NTT MSC in Malaysia under the brand
name of TM Arcstar. NTT MSC together with telecommunication
carrier in Malaysia provides global managed bandwidth services
to fully support efficient business activities for customers
in Malaysia and is line with the Malaysian government's
aims to make Malaysia an IT hub in the Asian region.
The
most advanced global managed bandwidth service is the Arcstar
Global Internet Provider-Virtual Private Network (Global
IP-VPN). It is based on cutting edge technology, Multi Protocol
Label Switching (MPLS) that offers full-mesh communication
between many sites. It is more cost efficient than Leased
Line Service since multiple customers share the Service
Provider's equipment and network.
In
addition, global managed bandwidth services also consists
of services such as Global Frame Relay Service, Global Bandwidth
Service and Global Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) Service.

Enterprise IP Transit Services
Enterprise
IP Transit Services is the brand name of Internet services
provided by NTT MSC in Malaysia that is backed by NTT Communications
global network and experience. It is a high quality Internet
access service provided by NTT MSC that is catered for the
corporate and high-end residential market in Malaysia. Enterprise
IP Transit Services are provided with the latest technologies
to allow customers to fully utilize the capacities of the
Internet.
Complementing this, the Enterprise IP Transit Services Internet
Data Center (IDC) located at the heart of the MSC provides
world class data center facilities.
3.
Global Tier-1 IP Transit Services
The
Global Tier-1 IP Transit Services is an Internet Protocol
(IP) network that connects North America, Asia, Australia
and Europe to over fifty countries globally. It provides
seamless Internet connectivity over a single Autonomous
System (AS Number). It is a high speed, secured network
that delivers reliable global IP services at low cost.
