Premium Type is a service for customers who requires high-quality, high value-add service with end-to-end management. Providing, through rental, everything up to the customer’s premises router enables the integrated management of operations by NTT Communications.
Additionally, the customer can receive end-to-end off-site support (remote monitoring, trouble isolations, customer support for network outages), and on-site support (on-site isolation and restoration of network troubles, etc)

Network Operation Centers (NOCs) in Tokyo, London and New York constantly monitor the network, administrating remote maintenance 24 hours a day, all year round.
 
In addition, one-stop service dealing with application through handling emergency requests is provided through a single contact point. 24/7 customer service with muti-language is available for network outages overseas.
